葛根素治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组在常规治疗同时加用葛根素(10mg/kg加入10%葡萄糖注射液200ml中静脉滴注,疗程20天),治疗前后检测心肌酶学(肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶、乳酸脱氢酶同功酶)、心功能等,观察临床表现。结果:葛根素可明显缓解心肌炎患儿的症状,促进心肌代谢及改善心功能。治疗组总有效率为8704%,明显高于对照组的6897%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<005)。结论:葛根素用于小儿病毒性心肌炎,疗效较满意。To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of infantile viral myocarditis with puerarin. Methods: Puerarin was administered intravenously together with conventional treatment in the treated group, while that of conventional treatment solely was given in the control group. Creatine kinase isoenzyme, lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme, cardiac function and clinical manifestations before and after treatment were observed. Results: Puerarin could significantly relieve the symptoms of patients of infantile viral myocarditis, enhance the metabolism of myocardium and improve the cardiac function. The total effective rate of the treated group was 87.04%, significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between them was significant (P<0 05). Conclusion: Puerarin can be used to treat patients with infantile viral myocarditis with a satisfactory result.
