摘  要:从海水样品的采集、保存、富集和检测角度,总结了近20 a海水中氟利昂检测分析技术的研究概况;比较了国内外海水中氟利昂检测过程、条件及其结果,并介绍了其应用于海洋示踪研究的原理与发展趋势。为了提高我国化学示踪技术,开展船载深远海氟利昂化学示踪研究意义重大,而快速、准确、定量地检测海水中各种氟利昂的浓度是其应用于示踪技术的重要前提,针对含卤素有机物的化学特性,认为以吹扫捕集-气相色谱-电解电导检测法是较为理想的氟利昂浓度测定方法。From the point of sample collection,conservation,pre-enrichment and detection,the improvements of the determination technology of Freon in the sea were summarized in last twenty years.Besides,the comparison of their determination conditions and results between home and abroad was displayed,and the principle and development trend of Freon application in the research of trace in the ocean were introduced.In order to improve the national study on the technique of chemical trace,it is meaningful for us to develop the research of the trend of Freon in the ocean.An important precondition is that the exact and efficient determination of Freon could be made.According to the chlorofluorocarbons characteristic,it is known that purge and trap is an optimal way of Freon enrichment,and the gas chromatography is a useful separation instrument and the electrolytic conductivity detector is an appropriate one.
