摘　　要：高校学报在我国期刊中占有重要的地位,其学术价值对我国的科学、教育和经济有重大影响.针对高校学报的现状,分析了高校学报的发展瓶颈:经营与规模欠当、读者局限性明显、缺乏编辑人才、发行量难以提升等,提出了相应的改革策略.University journals occupy an important position in China＇s journals and its scientific value makes a great impact on science,education and economy in our country.This paper mainly summarizes the status of university journals,with a focus on the bottleneck of its development： imporper management and scale,obvious limitation in readers,deficiency of editing talants,and difficulties in imporoving the circulation.It also proposes corresponding reform strategies.
