摘　　要：网络图书馆数字资源带来的公益效应已被公认,为欠发达区域公共文化服务体系的建设和发展提供了契机.阐述了网络图书馆的内涵、意义和欠发达区域数字知识资源的现状,有利于探究欠发达区域网络图书馆建设之路.The public effects of digital resources in network library has been accepted widely,and it builds up an opportunity for the construction and development of the public culture service system in the less-developed region.The author depicts the connotation and meaning of network library,analyzes the present situation of digital knowledge resources in the less-developed region,and investigates the constructional way of them.
