摘  要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)、聚醚二醇(N220)、二羟甲基丙酸((DMPA)、环氧树脂为基本原料,合成了水性环氧-聚氨酯乳液.讨论了环氧树脂种类和含量、中和度以及乙二胺含量对乳液的外观、稳定性和耐水性的影响.结果表明:乳液的稳定性随环氧树脂和乙二胺用量的增加而下降,随中和度的提高,先增强再减弱.涂膜的耐水性随环氧树脂的增大而提高,随中和度的提高而减弱,随乙二胺含量的增大,先增强后减弱.Waterborne epoxy polyurethane emulsion was prepared by using toluenediisocyanate (TDI), polyether (N220), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), and epoxy resin as the main materials. The effect of the epoxy resin varieties and contents, neutralization degree and EDA content on the emulsion appearance, storage stability and water resistance of the waterborne epoxy polyurethar^e emulsion and its film were discussed in this paper. The experimental results showed that the storage stability of emulsion becomes worse with the increase of the amount of epoxy resin and EDA, while it becomes better then worse with the increase of neutralization degree. The water resistance of the film enhances with the increase of the amount of epoxy resin, while it reduces with the increase of neutralization degree and enhances at first then reduces with the increase of the amount of EDA.
