摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定盐酸吗啉胍滴眼液中盐酸吗啉胍的含量。方法采用C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;检测波长为237 nm;进样量为10μl;流动相为甲醇-水-三乙醇胺(100∶400∶1)(冰醋酸调节pH值至4.2);流速为0.8 ml·min-1。结果盐酸吗啉胍在4.03～40.27 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=8)。平均回收率为99.54%,RSD=0.84%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、简便,可作为盐酸吗啉胍滴眼液的质量控制方法。Aim To established an HPLC method for the determination of moroxydine hydrochloride in moroxydine hydrochloride eye drops.Method The ODS C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-triethanolamine（100 ： 400 ： 1）（adjusting pH to 4.2 with glacial acetic acid） with the flow rate of 0.8 ml·min^-1.The detective wavelength was at 237 nm and the injection volume was 10 μl.Results The linear range for Moroxydine Hydrochloride was 4.03 ~40.27 mg·L^-1,r=0.999 9（n=8）.The average recovery was 99.54%,and RSD was 0.84%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,simple and can be used for the quality control of hydrochloride Moroxydine eye drops.
