摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜下彻底清除上颌窦难治性病变并防止复发的治疗方法。方法回顾分析10例上颌窦难治性病变患者的临床资料,患者均采用鼻内窥镜手术联合下鼻道开窗双径路治疗,术中彻底清除病变。结果所有病变组织均已彻底清除,术后鼻内窥镜随访5～12个月,见术腔皆上皮化,无脓性分泌物,10例患者均治愈。结论鼻内窥镜手术联合下鼻道开窗双径路治疗上颌窦难治性病变,能够根治病变且具有微创的特点,是一种简单实用、值得在基层医院推广的手术方法。Aim To evaluate the treatment effects of the endoscopic sinus surgery on the refractory maxillary sinus lesions.Methods We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 10 patients with refractory maxillary sinus lesions treated by endoscopic sinus surgery combining with windowing of inferior nasal meatus.Results All lesions were completely eliminated during the operation.In the follow up of 5~12 months,all patients were examined under endoscopy.There were no residual lesions in the surgical cavities;the wounds were epithelialized.All cases were cured.Conclusion The endoscopic sinus surgery combining with windowing of inferior nasal meatus is a better method to manage refractory lesions of maxillary sinus.
