贝复剂治疗鼓膜穿孔疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨贝复剂在治疗鼓膜穿孔中的作用。方法对89例鼓膜穿孔的患者进行贝复剂(重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)的治疗,观察其在不同鼓膜穿孔类型和穿孔部位中的疗效。结果治疗的总治愈率为85.40%。该方法对治疗外伤性穿孔及紧张部位穿孔疗效更好,而且治疗鼓膜穿孔发病时间越短治愈率越高。结论贝复剂是临床治疗鼓膜穿孔的有效药物。Aim To investigate the application of rb-bFGF（Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor For External Use） in the treatment of tympanic membrane perforation.Methods 89 cases with tympanic membrane perforation were treated with rb-bFGF dose patch.Results the total cure rate was 85.40%,the method was more effective in treatment of traumatic perforation and tension piercing,moreover,earlier treatment lead to higher cure rate.Conclusion rb-bFGF is an effective drug for treatment of tympanic membrane perforation.
