摘　　要：目的对46例骨髓增生异常综合征患者进行密切观察和实施针对性护理,探讨护理干预对改善骨髓增生异常综合征患者临床症状的影响。方法在常规治疗的基础上同时对46例老年骨髓增生异常综合征患者进行密切观察并对疾病过程可能及已经出现的贫血、感染、出血等实施针对性护理;并在3个月内进行随访。结果 46例患者未出现不良负性情绪,贫血改善,血红蛋白稳定在8～10 g·L-1;32例无明显呼吸道、泌尿道症状及体征;39例出血倾向患者中通过积极的护理和医疗干预30例未再出血,9例出血症状亦明显减轻;41例出现不良药物反应者得到有效控制。结论对骨髓增生异常综合征患者密切观察和实施针对性护理,及时发现和处理各种并发症,对于改善临床症状可起到积极的作用。Aim To explore the nursing intervention to improve the clinical symptoms of myelodysplastic syndrome.Methods Based on routine treatment,46 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome disease with or without anemia,infection,bleeding simultaneously practiced directive nursing intervention.and the clinical outcomes were followedup within three months.Results Psychological intervention effect was remarkable.Anemia was improved,with hemoglobin stability in 8-10 g·L^-1Infection in 32 cases was effectively controlled,without significant respiratory tract,urinary tract symptoms and signs.Of 39 cases patients with bleeding tendency 30 did not bleed again,9 haemorrhage symptoms improved obviously.41 cases with adverse drug responders were effectively controlled.Conclusion The specific nursing intervention of patients with MDS can play a positive role to improve clinical outcomes.
