摘　　要：古典经济学对人力资本思想已有初步研究,内容包括从人的经济价值到人的资本价值,从人力资本的概念到人力资本的核算,从人力资本投资到人力资本收益的演进路径等,孕育了现代人力资本理论研究的主要范畴。但时代的局限和理论基础的缺陷使该方面的研究不够完善,为现代人力资本理论创新提供了广阔的空间。The human capital thought has been preliminarily studied in classical economics.The content is that from the concept of human capital to the accounting of human capital value,from investment to gains in human capital gives birth to the main concepts of the modern human capital theory.However,the defects caused by that times and theoretical base give the innovation space to modern human capital theory.
