摘  要:目的测定不同采收期小叶丁香皮中黄酮类及多糖的含量,对小叶丁香皮的质量进行综合评价。方法采用比色法测定黄酮及多糖含量,以芦丁和葡萄糖为对照品,在500nm波长下测定吸光度,测定黄酮的含量,在620nm波长下测定总多糖吸光度,分别测定可溶性多糖和粗多糖的含量。结果 0.05mg-0.5mg范围内,芦丁质量与吸光度A值线性关系良好,R2=0.9990;在0.052mg~0.20mg范围内,葡萄糖质量与吸光度A值线性关系良好R2=0.9974。黄酮在4月29日含量最高为14.86%,总多糖在6月23日含量最高为33.24%。结论通过T-TEXT比较不同采收期小叶丁香皮中的总黄酮和多糖含量,差异显著,多糖随着黄酮的增加呈上升的趋势。本方法简便、快速、可靠、适合小叶丁香黄酮及多糖的含量测定。Purpose: To determine the contents of flavonoids and polysaccharides form skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz.in different harvest,and evaluates quality control the skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz..Method: Determination of flavonoids and polysaccharides by chromatometry.The reference standards are rutin and glucose,and determined contents of flavonoids at 500nm wavelength,and determined of total polysaccharides which content soluble polysaccharide and crude polysaccharide at 620nm wavelength.Result: Rutin quality and value of the absorbance A has a good linear relationship within 0.05mg-0.5mg,R2=0.9990;in the range of 0.052mg ~ 0.20mg of glucose and the absorbance value A has a good linear relationship,R2=0.9974.Flavonoid content of the highest in the April 29 up to 14.86%,the total polysaccharide content in the June 23 up to 33.24% Conclusion: The differences of the polysacharides and total flavonoid in the skin of Syringa Pubescens Turcz is Significant difference at different growth stages when texted by T-TEXT.Polysaccharide increased with the flavonoids were rising.This method is simple,fast,reliable and suitable for determination of flavonoids and polysaccharides.
