三种处理方法对菘蓝种子抗旱性的影响

摘  要:以菘蓝种子为试验材料,采用不同浓度的PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,研究了三种处理方法即ABT浸种﹑CaCl2浸种﹑吸湿回干以及对照对菘蓝种子抗旱性的影响。结果表明:对照组中,在5%PEG6000胁迫条件下,菘蓝种子发芽势发芽指数达到最大为30.67%、21.01,说明菘蓝种子本身具有一定抗旱性,适当水分胁迫对菘蓝种子发芽势发芽率发芽指数及胚根下胚轴生长有促进作用,高胁迫对上述指标有抑制作用;电解质外渗率随水分胁迫强度的增加而降低。三种处理方法中,CaCl2浸种处理提高菘蓝种子抗旱性的作用最好。Taking the seeds of Isatis (Isatis indigotica Fort.) as experimental materials, by using different concentration PEG-6000 to simulate drought stress conditions, we studied the effects of three processing methods: ABT seed soaking,CaC12 seed soaking, Presoaking and CK on drought resistance of the seeds of?Isatis. The results showed that In CK group, the maximum germinating energy and germination index of Isatis reached 30.67%, 21.01 at 5% PEG6000 stress conditions, there is some character of the drought resistance form the seeds of Isatis. Proper drought could benefit to seed germination rate, germinating energy, germination index, and growth of radicle, while High drought could the high osmotic had obvious inhibition role on above indexes.; However, the electrolyte leakage rate is reduced with the increase of water stress.CaCl2 seed soaking is the best processing methods for improving the drought resistance of the seeds of?.Isatis among the three processing methods.
