摘　　要：在分析大型特种车驾驶员保障能力需求的基础上,建立保障能力评估模型,发现限制其保障能力提高的主要原因,提出了相应的对策与建议,为提高大型特种车驾驶员保障能力提供借鉴和参考。Based on the analysis of the support ability for large special vehicle drivers,the evaluation model of the support ability was established,this paper found the main influencing factors about the improvement of the support ability,and offered some countermeasures and advices,which can provide some references on how to improve the support ability for large special vehicle drivers.
