摘　　要：在明确战术轮式车辆装备体系方案评估指标体系构建原则的基础上,分析了影响体系方案优劣各种因素,构建了战术轮式车辆装备体系方案的评估指标体系,通过专家调研等方法对体系方案评估指标的权重进行评定,经过比较分析选择多级模糊综合评判法对战术轮式车辆装备体系方案进行了评估计算,并对评估结果进行了分析。该研究为我军战术轮式车辆装备体系方案评估提供了可行的研究思路和方法。Based on the clarification of the tactical wheeled vehicle system project principle,this paper analyzed every influence factors,established tactical wheeled vehicle system project index system.According to the questionnaires of the experts in vehicle specialty field,it utilized AHP to identify each index weight,then ordered and analyzed the weights.Aimed at a lot of fuzzy factors in the series of tactical wheeled vehicle project,it offered the methodology for the project evaluation by the fuzzy synthetic evaluation,and analyzed its result.It offers proposals for headquarters to make decisions about tactical wheeled vehicle development and also provides feasible ideas and methods for the assessment of Chinese tactical wheeled vehicle system project.
