车载运输减振隔振性能试验研究

摘　　要：为了研究车辆道路运输中物资的振动情况,对车载物资进行了道路运输试验,研究了隔振器用于道路物资运输时的隔振效率,分析对比了道路运输中的功率谱密度。研究发现,隔振器能在较宽的频域达到较好的减振效果,在系统共振时也能较好地抑制振动信号的放大。In order to study vibrational condition of vehicle-mounted transportation materials,through a vehicle-mounted materials road transportation test,it is analyzed isolation rate of isolators in road-transporting,it is analyzed and compared the power spectral density of the test data.The results can be found isolators made a good effects to transportation vibration in a range of frequencies,it also can be effectively hidden the magnification of vibration signs when it comes to resonance.
