摘  要:对在钻井接单根或立柱期间实现钻井液通道的平稳切换,保证钻井液循环压力稳定并提高分流效率的分流控制这一关键技术,通过对连接循环系统分流原理和水力特性的分析,提出了完善分流管汇结构设计的优化方案。利用独立充填泵进行预充填的分流控制方法与管汇结构设计方案,显著提高了分流时钻井液压力的稳定性和分流作业效率,降低了钻井液对阀的冲蚀作用。分析结果表明,管道内的相对流量不仅与管道相对节流面积有关,还受到管道阻力特性影响;另外,平板闸阀比锥形节流阀具有更好的结构特性,能使管道流量变化更为平稳。The key technology for making or breaking a pipe connection is to achieve a smooth switch of drilling fluid channels, ensure the stability of circulating pressure of the fluid and improve the diverting control in terms of diverting efficiency. The optimization scheme for improving the structural design of diverting manifold was formulated by analyzing the diverting principle and hydraulic property of the continuous circulation system. The diverting control method and manifold structure scheme which adopt the independent filling pump to conduct pre-filling remarkably improve the stability of drilling fluid pressure and diversion operating efficiency and reduce the erosion of drilling fluid on the valve. The analysis shows that the relative flowrate within the pipe is related to the relative throttle area of the pipe and it is affected by the resistance property of the pipe. In addition the flat gate valve has better structural property than the cone throttle. I't can make the flowrate in the pipe more smooth.
