摘  要:根据深水钻井作业的实际工况,建立了水下井口力学模型和ANSYS三维实体模型,对深水钻井水下井口横向承载力进行有限元分析计算。应用APDL语言并且结合VB.NET程序,建立了更便捷的操作模式,更好地应用到工程计算中。算例分析表明,水下井口顶部所受的横向载荷对井口的横向承载力影响较大,而竖向承载力对其的影响不明显;井口出泥高度对水下井口的稳定性影响较大;一定深度以下,套管的应力和位移值均很小。According to the practical condition of deepwater drilling operation, a mechanical model of underwater wellhead was established and the ANSYS-based three-dimensional solid model was also established. The finite element analysis and calculation of the lateral bearing capacity of underwater wellhead in deepwater drilling were conducted. The calculation applied the APDL language and adopted the VB NET program to establish the quicker and more convenient operation mode, which can better be applied to engineering calculation. The example analysis shows that the lateral load on the underwater wellhead top has remarkable effect on the wellhead's lateral bearing capacity and its effect on the vertical bearing capacity is not obvious. The wellhead sludge height has remarkable effect on the wellhead stability. At some depth the stress and displacement values of casing are very small.
