摘　　要：为有效延长防砂有效期,研制了新型防砂管柱。该管柱主要由充填工具、防砂筛管、扶正器及托砂装置组成,与普通防砂管柱相比,有以下创新点:(1)防砂尾管的密封由丝堵变为密封插头,防砂管在下井过程中有利于保持内外压平衡,减小防砂管柱下井阻力,有利于保护防砂管;(2)管柱下部配套大通径密封工具,方便尾管的插入、密封及沉砂通道的畅通;(3)沉砂空间由尾管变为套管,在相同高度的情况下,沉砂容积增加28倍。新型防砂管柱现场实施36口井,作业一次性成功率100%,平均单井日产液83 m3,日产油5.5 t。To lengthen the sand control period of validity, the new sand control string was developed. The string mainly consists of filling tool, sand control screen pipe, centralizer, and sand support device. Compared with the ordinary sand control string, it has the following strengths. First, the sealing tool of the sand control liner changes from pipe plug to seal plug, which is favorable to maintaining the external and internal balance in the process of setting the sand control pipe. It reduces the downhole resistance of the string, which is favorable to the protection of the sand control pipe. Second, the lower part of the string is supported by the large-bore seal tool, which provides convenience for insertion, sealing and unblocking of sand setting channel. Third, the sand setting space changes from liner to casing. At the same height the sand setting volume has increased 28 times. The field application shows that the new sand control string has been applied to 36 wells with the 100% success rate of one-time operation. The average daily fluid production of a single well is 83 m3 and the daily oil production is 5.5 t.
