关节镜诊治踝扭伤后关节功能紊乱的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨踝扭伤后长期存在踝关节疼痛、活动受限、反复扭伤等踝关节功能紊乱疾病的关节镜诊断和治疗。方法对42例踝关节扭伤后症状反复发作,迁延不愈的患者行关节镜检查诊断并行关节镜下治疗,对诊断和治疗结果回顾性总结分析。结果本组42例均获随访:随访时间为6～36个月,平均18.2个月。术后按AOFAS踝关节后足功能评分,优34例,良5例,中3例,优良率:91%,无感染,神经血管损伤病例。结论关节镜对踝关节扭伤后疼痛持续存在,迁延不愈,活动受限,反复扭伤等症状的病例具有良好的诊断和治疗效果,对恢复踝关节功能,预防创伤性关节炎具有重要的价值。Objective To discuss using arthroscopic surgery for diagnosis and treatment of longterm joint function disorders after wrenching the ankle. Methods 42 patients with a history of ankle sprain were enrolled because of ankle pain and function disorders. All the patients were diagnosed and treated by arthroscopic surgery. The results of the diagnosis and treatment were summarized and analysed. Results The 42 cases were all followed up for 6 to 36 months, 18.2 months in average. The evaluation results were ecellent in 34 cases, well in five cases and medium in three cases; the excellent and well rate was 91%. There was no infection or damage in vessels and nerves. Conclusions Arthroscopic surgery has excellent effect in diagnosis and treatment for wrenched ankle that eonsistant pain and functional disorders. It has great value of restoring the ankle function and preventing osteoarthritis.
