应用鼻腔冲洗器加高渗盐水行鼻腔冲洗治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用鼻腔冲洗器加高渗盐水行鼻腔冲洗治疗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效的影响。方法选择慢性鼻-鼻窦炎无鼻息肉患者60例,随机分为两组,一组为治疗组,二组为对照组;治疗组使用鼻腔冲洗器加入3%高渗盐水,要求患者每日进行两次鼻腔冲洗治疗,并辅以一定的短期药物治疗;对照组的患者仅用药物治疗。比较两组症状及体征的变化情况。结果治疗组在治疗结束及治疗结束后6个月的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗结束1年后的临床疗效两组无明显差异。结论应用鼻腔冲洗器加3%高渗盐水进行鼻腔冲洗是治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的一种安全、可靠、疗效确实的方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of nasal irrigating with nasal irrigator and hypertonic saline among patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods 60 patients were selected with chronic rhinosinusitis but without nasal polyps randomly divided into two groups, one group for the treatment group, the other for the control group. The treatment group using hypertonie saline and nasal irrigator, patients were asked twice daily treatment of nasal irrigation, supplemented by some short-term drug treatment. The control group of patients only drug treatment. The changes of the symptoms and signs between the two groups were compared. Results Clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group at the time of the end of treatment and after 6 months （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy 1 year after the end of treatment. Conclusion Nasal irrigating with nasal irrigator and hypertonie saline is a safe, reliable and effective method for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.
