关于全运会改革的思考——从“全运会现象”谈起

摘　　要：全运会作为我国以奥运会为最高层次的竞技体育发展战略的重要组成部分,在推动竞技体育、全民健身运动以及促进体育产业发展等方面发挥着重要作用。第十一届全运会是北京奥运会、残奥会后我国举办的第一个大型综合性赛事,然而在其成功举办的同时,也暴露出来了运行机制缺陷、赛风赛纪等问题,"全运会现象"引起了全社会的关注。本文对"全运会现象"进行了解读,分析了全运会改革政策的演变和有关全运会改革的一些观点,并提出全运会改革"留而求变"的思路。National Games as our country＇s important part of competitive sports development strategy with Olympics Games as the highest level, plays an important role in promoting competitive sports, nationwide fitness program, and development of sports industry. The Eleventh National Games is the first large-scale comprehensive sports events held in our country after Beijing Olympic Games and Para- lympics Games. However, coexistence with the successfully hosting, problems like deficiency of operation mechanism, sportsmanship and discipline are also exposed. ＂National Games phenomenon＂ has aroused great attention from the whole society. The paper interprets ＂National Games phenomenon＂, analyzes some opinions concerning with evolution of National Games reform policies and the reform of National Games, and puts forward the thoughts of ＂Reserve and Seeking Change＂ on National Games.
