高效液相色谱法测定脂泰胶囊中橙皮甙含量

摘　　要：建立了测定胶囊剂中橙皮甙的ＨＰＬＣ法，色谱条件为ＹＭＣ—ＰａｃｋＯＤＳ—Ａ色谱柱（日本），甲醇－水－冰醋酸（４０：６０：０．５）为流动相．２８４ｎｍ检测波长。该法简便、灵敏、准确，橙皮甙在１１～７７μｇ／ｍｌ浓度内线性关系良好（Υ一０．９９９５），平均加样回收率为９６．７％（ＲＳＤ＝１．６５％，ｎ＝５）。This paper reports a HPLC method for the determination of Hesperidin in capsules. The HPLC instrument useda YMC-pack ODS - A Column (6. 0 mm X 150 mm, Japan), the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid (40: 60: 0. 5), the UV detection wavelength was 284 nm. The method is simple, sensitive and rapid. Within 11-77 μg/ml, hesperidinhad a good linearity(Υ＝ 0. 9995). The average recovery of hesperidin was 96. 7 % with RSD 1. 65% (ｎ＝ 5).
