摘　　要：针对某车型手动变速器排档杆在选档方向不能够复位问题,通过对该变速器内部、外部选换档系统结构进行分析,提出了解决该问题的思路和方法。通过在台架以及实车上的验证,利用该方法使该车型排档杆不能复位问题得到最终解决,为变速器设计提供了参考。According to the issue of manual transmission shift lever not return to neutral posi- tion at select direction in the vehicle, the thought and method to resolve the issue is brought forward by the analyzing the internal and external shift system of manual transmission. And the solution is proved by bench test and vehicle level test. The related analysis method can be as reference for manual trans- mission design.
