复合造型工艺在铸钢生产中的应用

摘　　要：根据铸钢件造型生产工艺的特点,通过合理的比较研究,提出以碱性酚醛树脂砂作为面砂、酯硬化水玻璃砂作为背砂的复合造型工艺,并在实际生产中取得成功,针对复合造型工艺设计的旧砂再生系统较好地解决了旧砂再生的难题。Upon technology characteristics of steel castings molding, compound moulding technology with both alkaline phenol resin sand and ester_cured water glass bonded sand has been adopted after reasonable comparison and study, resulting in success in real production and problems of old sand reclamation have also been eliminated with designed reclamation system aiming at such compound moulding.
