摘　　要：通过对长尾理论内涵的阐释,在分析用户转型和需求变化的基础上,将长尾理论灵活地运用到图书馆信息服务工作中并得以体现,从而为新时期的公共图书馆信息服务工作探索出新的途径。By explaining the connotation of the long tail theory and based on analyzing the user reform and the demand changes this paper discusses how to use the long tail theory in library information service in order to explore the new way for the public library information services in the new period.
