试析日本公共图书馆商务支援服务的现状:经验及启示

摘　　要：日本公共图书馆的商务支援服务的出发点是振兴区域经济发展,其服务对象既有企业又包括具有商务需求的个人。十余年来,日本公共图书馆的商务支援服务取得了一定成绩,同时也促进了公共图书馆服务质量的提升。但尚存在一些问题,如未得到普及推广,开展力度不均衡现象等。日本公共图书馆的商务支援服务给我国的启示:对商务信息服务进行合理的定位、建立健全商务信息服务的合作机制、建设商务信息资源的导航库、培养商务支援服务的专业人员等。The Japanese public library business support services is the starting point for the revitalization of regional economic development, their clients include both businesses and individuals with business needs. After nearly 10 years of development, the business support services of Japanese public library has achieved great development in some aspects, however, in the business support services also exist problems, such as has not been popularized, and there carry out the intensity imbalance. There are some useful advices as follows： Ftrst, we should have a reasonable orientation towards our public library＇s business information service; Second, we need to build a business information service cooperation necha- nism among libraries; Third, we should attach h~ to the construction of the information resouroes in the navigation library; Fourth, we should cultivate professional workers and train employees in order that they can supply more superior business assistance services.
