摘　　要：构建矩阵式组织结构有助于消除图书馆传统直线式组织结构所造成的反应慢、缺乏协作和沟通交流等弊端,有助于现代图书馆快速应对多样化任务。建立矩阵式组织结构是发达国家图书馆发展的一种重要趋势,对于图书馆工作开展具有重要意义。我国图书馆应尽快尝试建立矩阵式组织结构。The construction of matrix organization structure in library is helping to eliminate the shortcomings which was caused by the line organization structure, such as the slowly reacting, lacking of collaboration and communicating. It is also helping for library to fulfill the multi tasks. Construction of matrix organization is an important developing trend of developed country library, it is significant of library to carry out its work. Libraries of our country should try to build matrix organization as soon as possible.
