摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国经济发展突飞猛进,取得了举世瞩目的成就,但与此同时,城乡之间、地区之间、行业之间的收入差距持续扩大,富者愈富、穷者愈穷的现象已经出现,造成了社会的不公平、不公正。通过研究我国收入分配领域里存在的不公平问题,提出促进社会分配公平、正义的重要措施,以构建社会主义和谐社会、促进我国的经济发展。Since the reform and opening up,China′s economic development by leaps and bounds,it has obtained the remarkable achievements,but at the same time,between urban and rural areas,regions,between the income gap in industries,expanding the rich richer and the poor poorer,this phenomenon has appeared,and caused the social unfairness and injustice.So by the further study of the existing problems in the field of income distribution in China,we put forward the important measures to make the promotion of social equity and justice,and the important measures to construct the socialist harmonious society and promote the economic development of our country.
