摘 要:目的研究体外不同浓度泥土悬液在不同时间对百草枯的吸附作用。方法配制含有600mg/L百草枯的10%、15%、20%、25%、30%泥土悬液混匀后沉淀,分别于10min、30min、1h、2h、4h取上清液离心,用紫外分光光度法测定百草枯浓度。结果 (1)10min、30min、1h、2h、4h百草枯经泥土悬液吸收后剩余的百草枯含量分别为0.737%±0.138%、0.716%±0.136%、0.737%±0.139%、0.673%±0.121%、0.664%±0.119%。(2)百草枯经10%、15%、20%、25%、30%泥土悬液吸收后剩余的百草枯含量分别为0.906%±0.031%、0.893%±0.035%、0.790%±0.007%、0.738%±0.017%、0.201%±0.002%。结论本地泥土悬液对百草枯有吸附作用,30%泥土悬液的吸附效果最佳,不同浓度泥土悬液对百草枯吸附与作用时间关系不大。Objective To study the invitro adsorption in different concentrations of mud to paraquat at different times.Methods Slurry liquids of 10%,15%,20%,25%,30% containing 600 mg/L paraquat were respectively made,well mixed and precipitated.Then the supernatant liquid was taken after centrifugating and the concentration of paraquat by UV-spectrophotometry in 10 min,30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h were determined respectively.Results(1)The residuum of paraquat after the adsorption of mud in 10 min,30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h were(%)0.737±0.138,0.716±0.136,0.737±0.139,0.673±0.121,0.664±0.119.(2)The residuum of paraquat after the adsorption of 10%,15%,20%,25%,30% slurry liquids were(%)0.906±0.031,0.893±0.035,0.790±0.007,0.738±0.017,0.201±0.002 respectively.Conclusion The supernatant liquids of mud adsorbs the paraquat and the adsorption effect maximized at the 30% mud suspension;The adsorption of different concentrations of mud to paraquat is not significantly correlated with time.
