摘 要:为探讨低剂量钷- 147 (147 Pm) 对小鼠的内污染效应, 应用骨髓和血液嗜多染红细胞微核检测方法, 观察了低剂量147Pm 内污染小鼠能否改变相继高剂量147Pm 内污染引起的染色体损伤效应。结果显示, 18-5 kBq/g体重的单纯高剂量147Pm 内污染可引进骨髓和血液嗜多染红细胞微核细胞率明显增多, 与正常对照组比较有非常显著的差异( P< 0-001) 。然而,预先应用0-37 , 3-7 和37 Bq/g 体重的147 Pm 内污染预处理动物, 3 天后应用相同的高剂量147 Pm(18-5 kBq/g 体重) 内污染机体, 骨髓和血液嗜多染红细胞微核细胞率明显减少, 与单纯高剂量147Pm 内污染实验组相比有非常显著的差异( P< 0-01 或P< 0-001) ; 并且0-37 ~3-7 Bq/g 体重147Pm 内污染预处理组的骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核细胞率和0-37 Bq/g 体重147Pm 内污染预处理组的血液嗜多染红细胞微核细胞率与正常对照组相比已无显著性差异( P>0-05) 。结果表明, 低剂量147Pm 内污染预处理动物, 可诱导红细胞系统的放射适应性反应,使红细胞系统对相继高剂量147PmWhether low doses of internally deposited 147 Pm could change the genetic effects of subsequent high dose of internally deposited 147 Pm on erythrocytes chromosome from the peripheral blood and bone marrow of mice was studied.Kunming male mice were injected through tail vein with low doses of 147 Pm(NO 3) 3 of 0 37,3 7 and 37 Bq/g body weight.Three days later the mice were subsequently injected with high dose of 147 Pm(NO 3) 3 of 18 5 kBq/g body weight.The animals were sacrificed at 24 hours after last injection.The experimental results showed that the frequency of micronucleated polychromatic erythrocytes (mn PCE) from the peripheral blood and bone marrow exposed to pure high dose of 147 Pm showed a highly significant increase over the controls at 24 h after irradiation (P<0 001).However,the frequency of the mn PCE pre exposed to 0 37~37 Bq/g of 147 Pm irradiation in vivo decreased significantly (P<0 01~0 001) as compared with those of the pure high dose of the 147 Pm injection group.And the frequency of the mn PCE of the experimental group pre exposed to 0 37 Bq/g of 147 Pm did not show statistical difference in comparing with those of the controls (P>0 05).The results indicated that low doses of 147 Pm irradiation in vivo could induce an adaptive response of the erythroblasts,the radioadaptive cells appeared an obvious resistance to the genetic damages induced by subsequent high dose of internally deposited 147 Pm.The induction of the adaptive response showed a dose range.Within the dose range,the lower dose of 147 Pm irradiation in vivo could produce higher level of adaptive response.
