摘 要:为探索高温和电离辐射对胎脑的影响, 用孕第9 天小鼠给予42 ℃和1-0 Gy 处理,孕第18 天取胎脑, 测量DNA、RNA 和蛋白质含量。结果表明, 1-0 Gy 照射组、照射+ 42 ℃组与对照组比, 胎脑核酸和蛋白质有明显减少。42 ℃+ 照射组与42 ℃组比, 胎鼠脑核酸和蛋白质含量没有显著性变化。提示辐射可引起胎脑核酸、蛋白质含量减少, 预先42 ℃10 分钟处理孕鼠, 随后再给较大剂量电离辐射的照射,In order to study if heat and ionizing radiation could produce combined effects on embryonic brains of mice,the mice with gestation of 9 days were exposed to temperature of 42 ℃ and 1 0 Gy 60 Co γ rays.The value of DNA,RNA and protein of embryonic brains of mice was measured on the 18th day of gestation.Results showed that values of nucleic acid and protein of embryonic brains of mice of the 1 0 Gy group and 1 0 Gy and 42 ℃ temperature group were lower than those of the control.However,theres no significant difference between these two groups.It could be concluded that 1 0 Gy 60 Co γ rays ionizing radiation could reduce the value of nucleic acid and protein of embryonic brains of mice.Preexposure to the temperature of 42 ℃ for 10 mins followed by 1 0 Gy 60 Co γ rays radiation could induce cross adaptive response of embryonic brain of mice.
