摘　　要：　１０ 例Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ 畸形病人三尖瓣修复后施行瓣膜再替换，其中男７ 例，女３ 例，年龄９ ～３４ 岁。手术均在全麻体外循环下完成，３ 例心脏不停跳。分别替换３ 枚国产２６ ～２８ ＃ 和７ 枚２９ ＃ 进口人工机械瓣。７ 例主动脉阻断时间３２ ～８２ ｍｉｎ ，体外循环转流时间５６ ～１３６ ｍｉｎ，术后皆为窦性心律。本组无手术死亡。本组经验表明：Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ 病人接受三尖瓣修复后，如出现中度以上三尖瓣关闭不全，或轻度关闭不全术前主诉心悸难以耐受。To sum marytricuspid valvereplacement on 10 patients aged 9 to 34 years with Ebstein’s anomaly previously underwent valve repair.7 patients were malesand other werefemales.Replacementfor 3 China madeand 7 imported mechanicalprosthesis valves wererespectively performed under generalanesthesisand extracorporealcir culation including 3 patientsin heart beating .Thetotaltimeofaortic cross clampingfor patients were 32 to 83 min utes ,bypasstime werefrom 56to 136 minutes.Allpatientspresentedsinusrhythm afteroperation .There wasno op erative death .Tricuspid valvesreplacementshould be made on patients with Ebstein’s anomaly previously accepted valverepairifthere were morethan moderatetricuspidimcompetence and markedly palpitation although of mild tri cuspid incompetence.
