摘　　要：建设和谐社会是党中央提出的战略任务。高校是社会的组成部分。平安校园是建设和谐校园的基础,是学校有效发展的保障。只有高校校园和谐,和谐社会建设目标才可能实现。提高认识、健全组织、建设队伍、防治结合,是高校平安校园建设的基本策略。Building a harmonious society is the strategic task that Party Central Committee proposes.Colleges and universities are an integral part of society.Peaceful Campus is the basis for building a harmonious campus,and the guarantee of effective development of school.Only if campus is harmonious,can the goal of building a harmonious society be realized.Raising awareness,improving the organization,building team,and combining prevention with control is the basic strategy of construction of university peaceful campus.
