摘　　要：文章首先介绍了工程造价、工程造价管理的内容,其次阐述了我国火电企业工程造价管理的特点及不足,最后论述了我国火电企业项目工程造价管理的前期决策、工程设计、工程施工、竣工验收等各阶段的造价管理及措施。The paper first introduces the content of the project cost and project cost management,then explains features and shortcomings of project cost management of China′s thermal power enterprise,finally,discusses measures of project cost management of each stage of China′s thermal power enterprise,such as early decision-making,engineering design,construction,completion and acceptance etc.
