摘　　要：商业街是街区经济发展的基础载体。本文对街区经济进行系统界定和解析,提出了包括商业街、商业街区、商业街群和商业圈四个发展阶段。在此基础上,重点从历史演进、空间形态、经营类型、辐射范围四个维度研究了商业街分类,此外,从消费层次、商业规模、投资主体、交通地位、功能主题、开放时段等六个方面进行了商业街分类,对商业街建设和发展街区经济具有重要的指导意义。Commercial street is the elementary carrier of the so-called Commercial Street Economy.A systematic definition and analysis of Commercial Street Economy is advanced,and four stages of its development are given,i.e.,commercial street,commercial street zone,commercial street cluster and commercial circle.Based on this,a thorough classification of commercial street is put forward from dimensions such as historic evolution,spatial pattern,operational type,radiation scope and etc,which is helpful for commercial street construction and Commercial Street Economy development.
