二硫化碳作业女工妊娠时间的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：目的　确证二硫化碳（ＣＳ２ ）作业女工妊娠时间延长的现象，并探讨妊娠时间作为标志生殖损伤筛选指标的可行性。方法　在回顾性研究现场，追踪观察欲生育女工的妊娠时间。结果　①２５７ 名接触组女工第 １ 个月经周期妊娠率为２７．２％ ，前 ３ 个月累积时间妊娠率为５８．７％ ，１ 年内累积时间妊娠率为 ９３．７％ ，均明显低于对照组（分别为３５．８％ ，６９．１％和 ９７．０％ ，Ｐ 值分别为 ０．０１８１，０．００４０ 和０．０１４５）；②单纯女工或夫妻双方接触ＣＳ２ 时其妊娠率均低于夫妻双方不接触ＣＳ２ 时的妊娠率；夫妻双方或单纯女工接触ＣＳ２，时间妊娠率无明显差异；③ＣＳ２ 作业女工妊娠所需时间与其接触ＣＳ２ 浓度（ｒ＝ ０．１１９８，Ｐ＝ ０．０２４）及接触时间（ｒ＝ ０．２７９９，Ｐ＝ ０．０００）呈正相关关系。结论　女工从事ＣＳ２ 作业可致妊娠所需时间延长，降低生育能力；妊娠时间可作为标志女性生殖损伤效应的初筛指标。Objective To verify the phenomenon of longer time to pregnancy for women exposed to carbon disulphide (CS 2).Method Following up each subject how many menstral cycles will be needed from the time wanting to have a baby to the time pregnancy was identified by doctors.Result ①The rates of pregnancy for the first menstral cycle were 27.2% for 257 exposed women and 35.8% for 366 women served as control.The cumulative rates of the first three menstral cycles were 58.7% for exposed group and 69.1% for the control.The rates of pregnancy were 93.7% for exposed and 97.0% for control in a year.There were significant differences between the rates in each comparison group above (P value were 0.0181,0.0040 and 0.0145,respectively).②The rates of pregnancy lowered when women or couples exposed to CS 2 comparing with the rates of unexposed couples.The rates of pregnancy in each cycle for women exposed to CS 2 were similar to that of couples exposed.③There were positive relationship between time to pregnancy for each subject and her exposed concentration of CS 2 in work site (r=0.1198,P=0.024) or and her standing age exposed to CS 2 (r=0.2799,P=0.000).Conclusion It was shown that exposure to CS 2 could result in a longer time to pregnancy,and time to pregnancy is a useful indicator for indicating reproductive damage.
