摘　　要：高校干部人事档案信息化管理,是利用现代化的信息技术和网络技术对高校干部人事档案进行管理。综合分析高校干部人事档案信息化管理的意义和现阶段阻碍其发展的因素及原因,将高校干部人事档案信息化管理彻底地运用到实际工作中去,是高校干部人事档案工作需要解决的重要问题。The information management of university cadre personnel files is the use of modern information technology and network technology to manage the cadre personnel files in colleges and universities.Comprehensive analyzing the significance of university information management cadre personnel files and the factors that hinder its development and the reasons,thoroughly applying the information management of university cadre personnel files to the practical work are the important issues need to address.
