摘　　要：胼胝体切开术能降低癫痫发作的频率及严重程度,可作为难治性癫痫治疗的一种外科手段。我科运用胼胝体切开术治疗难治性癫痫,取得了满意效果。因为其术后护理有其特殊性,所以本文对其护理体会进行了整理。Corpus callosum can reduce seizure frequency and severity of epilepsy,and can be used as a surgical means in the treatment of refractory epilepsy.Our department used the corpus callosotomy in the treatment of refractory epilepsy,and achieved satisfactory results.Because of its post-operative care have its own peculiarities,so this paper sums up the nursing experence.
