摘　　要：报告1例由口服0号避孕药引起的毛干周期性异常。临床表现为周期性毛发折曲和裂隙。电镜下特点：头发粗细不一，毛小皮排列紊乱，部分边缘缺如，伴有上翘和裂隙。A case report of cyclic ahnormal growing of hair shaft by oral contraception pill 0# . Theclinical manifestation showed the cyclic bending and fissure of the hair. The SEM observation the ir-regular diameter of the hair, irregular arrangement of cuticles, partial absence of edge, and the fissureand bending upwards of cuticles.
