摘　　要：目的探讨超声对小儿肠套叠的诊断价值。方法对112例肠套叠患者进行超声检查,并与气钡灌肠术后、手术后结果对照。结果 112例患者中,超声诊断肠套叠112例,诊断符合率100%。结论超声诊断肠套叠方便快捷。诊断准确率高,并能与其他类型小儿急腹症进行鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the value of the ultrasonie diagnosis of infant intussuseeption.Methods Uhrasonography was performed in 112 cases of infant intussusception and the results were rompared with double air-barium contrast exanfination and operation.Results The ultrosonography correct diagnosis rate was 100%.Conclusion Ultrasonography is a convenient method to diagnose infant intussllseeption.With a higher accuracy rate.Which can be used as the differential diagnosis with other infant acute abdominal diseases.
