股骨颈骨折临床路径的护理应用

摘　　要：目的探讨股骨颈骨折临床路径的规范治疗和护理应用。方法对97例股骨颈骨折病人按临床路径实施规范手术治疗及护理,并观察疗效和患者满意度。结果病人术后并发症发生低,肢体功能恢复良好,患者满意度高。结论股骨颈骨折临床路径中,规范的手术治疗和护理应用提高了病人的生活质量,缩短了住院天数,提高了患者满意度,对促进了医护患之间的和谐关系有重要意义。Objective To explore the standard therapy and nursing in the clinical pathway of femoral neck fracture.Methods To give the standard treatment and nursing care to 97 patients with femoral neck fracture,and to observe patients＇ satisfaction and curative effect.Results low postoperative complications;limb function recovering well;high patient satisfaction.Conclusion In the femoral neck fracture clinical pathway,the standard treatment and nursing care can improve the patient＇s quality of life and shorten the days in hospital and improve patient satisfaction.There are important significance to promote the harmonious relation between doctor、nurser and patient.
