摘　　要：夫妻共同债务的确认一直是当前我国司法实务中的一个较为突出的问题,对现有的确认规则不仅在理论上存在相当的质疑,且在实务中也出现了不同的理解,因此,我们有必要结合债法相关理论对夫妻共同债务的确认标准展开了较为全面的探讨,同时,以风险防范为视角,进一步对现有制度之不足加以揭示且提出一些可资借鉴的意见。In judicial practice, affirming There is ample room to doubt the legitimacy are different interpretations of the relev tions, the present study probes into the the spouse of existing ＇ s joint debt has been a concernful problem in China. regulations in the theoretical circles, moreover, there ant regulations in practice.
