摘 要:以氧化石墨烯为原料、水合肼为还原剂,采用水热法制备均分散石墨烯,以X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)、热重(TG)等分析方法研究所得石墨烯的物相、形貌及组成;为了测试电学性能,利用所得石墨烯分散性良好的特点,采用真空抽滤法制得石墨烯薄膜,以SEM观察薄膜的断面及表面形貌,采用四探针测试仪测试石墨烯薄膜的电阻,并与氧化石墨烯薄膜及经氢气还原后的石墨烯薄膜电阻进行对比。结果显示,水热过程将氧化石墨烯中大部分含氧官能团还原,石墨烯薄膜电学性能优异,经氢气还原后石墨烯薄膜的平均方块电阻为21.5Ω/□。Monodispersed graphene in de-ionized water was prepared without any dispersant via hydrothermal method using graphene oxide(GO) sheets as precursor and hydrazine hydrate as reductant. The structure, morphology and composition of the products were characterized by Xray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopY(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), thermo-gravimetric analysis(TG) and Fourier transform infrared absorbance spectroscopy(FT-IR). To examine the electrical properties of obtained graphene, thin films were prepared by vacuumfiltration method and the square resistance was tested by Four-point probe. Results showed that most of the oxygencontaining groups were reduced in the hydrothermal process. The average sheet resistance of the graphene film, which was annealed in hydrogen atmosphere was 21.5Ω/□.
