摘  要:以非离子表面活性剂Trition X-100为分散剂,蒸馏水以及不同醇-水混合溶液为溶剂,对多壁碳纳米管进行超声处理,制备了初始质量浓度为0.4g/L的碳纳米管悬浊液,并运用紫外-可见吸收光谱和透射电子显微镜进行表征。结果表明,含Trition X-100的碳纳米管悬浊液的分散稳定性大大提高,经312h后基本趋于稳定。碳纳米管悬浊液的浓度因所用溶剂的不同在0.25~0.32g/L范围内略有差异,其中以无水乙醇与水的混合溶剂的分散效果相对最优。A series of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(CNTs) suspensions with an initial concentration of 0. 4g/ L with Trition X-100 surfactant were prepared in water and aqueous solution with various alcohol by means of ultrasonication and Characterized via UV-Vis spectroscopy and TEM techniques. The experimental results imply that the multi-walled carbon nanotubes suspensions with Trition X-100 bring about the noticeable increase of the stability of dispersion and reach nearly equilibrium between dispersion and sedimentation for CNTs after 312h since suspensions have been prepared. The stable concentration of CNTs suspensions changes slightly from 0. 25g/L to 0. 32g/L with different solvents applied and the dispersibility of CNTs in suspensions with solvent of ethanol-water mixture is comparatively the best.
