摘 要:用稳压器对16MND5封头锻件不同部位进行化学成分分析,结果表明,钢锭和锻件不同部位的成品分析值接近熔炼分析值,同时测量值满足规定要求,说明锻件具有均一的化学成分分布;力学性能检测结果表明,锻件各部位力学性能满足规定要求且呈各向同性;金相检验和超声检测结果均表明锻件内部性能优异。由此可知,利用旋转模压法能够成功制造出满足采购要求的封头锻件。The 16MND5 header forging were produced by rotating die forging technique. The product chemical analysis values at different parts were similar to that of heat analysis, which indicated that the forging had homogeneous chemical distribution; the mechanical testing results show that the mechanical properties at different parts meet the stipulated requirements and have isotropy characteristic; metallographic microstructure at different parts and ultrasonic examination results disclose its excellent internal quality. Thus, it can be found that the technique of rotating die forging can be successfully used to manufacture the headers whose properties fully meet the procurement requirements.
