摘 要:研究了卧式行星磨中研磨体形状对矿渣的破碎速率、初始破碎分布函数和粒度分布规律的影响,实验所用研磨体为Φ20mm的钢球和Φ20mm×20mm的钢锻,物料为(-3.35+2.36)mm粒级的矿渣。研究结果表明,不同形状的研磨体对矿渣的粉磨遵循一级粉磨动力学方程,Φ20mm×20mm钢锻的破碎速率Si明显高于Φ20mm钢球的破碎速率;初步研究认为研磨体形状对初始破碎分布参数的影响较大;粉磨时间较短(3min以前),Φ20mm×20mm钢锻粉磨产品的筛下量高于Φ20mm钢球的筛下量,延长粉磨时间至4min,两种形状研磨体粉磨矿渣的不同粒级的筛下量相当。The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of grinding media shapes on breakage parame ters of slag in a planetary mill The grinding media used for the tests were Ф20mm balls and Ф20mm× 20mm cylin ders. Feed size was (-3. 35+2.36)mm monosize fractions. The specific rates of breakage, primary breakage distribution function and particle size distribution were compared for different shape grinding media. Result shows that slag obeys first order breakage kinetics of different shape grinding media. The specific rates of breakage Si of Ф20mm × 20mm cylinders is more higher than that of ~20rnm balls. The grinding media shape has significant effect on the pri mary breakage distribution parameters. It is found that Ф20mm× 20mm cylinders produce more fines at shorter grinding periods(0. 5-3min). On the other hand, for longer grinding time (4min) the amounts of undersize material obtained by using Ф20mm balls and Ф20mm× 20mm cylinders are almost the same.
