摘 要:以茶油皂脚脂肪酸甲酯为原料,采用催化加氢工艺制备高碳脂肪醇,利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)研究了工艺条件对脂肪醇纯度的影响。结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为Cu-Zn复合催化剂加入量为茶油皂脚脂肪酸甲酯的40%(质量分数)、氢压12MPa、250℃反应3h,脂肪醇纯度为99.16%,产物主要为十六碳醇和十八碳醇。Higher fatty alcohols were synthesized by the catalytic hydrogenation with soapStock fatty acid methyl esters of camellia oil(SFAMECO) as raw materials. The effect of process conditions on purity of fatty alcohols were studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS). Experimental results show that the optimal preparation conditions are as follows: with 40% Cu-Zn composite catalyst (based on the weight of SFAMECO), the reaction temperature is maintained at 250℃ for 3h under 12MPa. The purity of fatty alcohol is 99. 16% and the major products were palmityl alcohol and octadecanol.
