摘 要:膜反应器是具有反应与分离双重功能的单元集成设备,通过分离与反应的协同作用强化化学反应过程,已在加氢、脱氢、分解和氧化等苛刻反应中显示出优势。膜材料是决定膜反应器性能与应用的关键因素。重点从膜材料角度出发,介绍了致密无机膜反应器与多孔无机膜反应器的特点及发展。指出应开发高分离性能、抗污染、易于封装的膜材料,加强膜反应器质量和热量传递基本理论研究,以促进无机膜反应器早日大规模工业化应用。Membrane reactor is identified as an integral unit equipment with the dual functions of separation and reaction, which can intensify chemical reactions by the synectic effects of separation and reaction. They are promising in the reactions of hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, decomposition and oxidation, etc. Membrane materials are one of the most important factors in determination of the performance and application of a membrane reactor. In this article, the future development direction of the existent two kinds of inorganic membrane reactors, i. e. , dense membranes and porous membranes, are addressed with the respect of characteristics of membrane materials. It is concluded that the research on the advanced membrane materials with high performance, anti-foul and easy of assembly should be developed, and the key technology and basic principles of mass and heat transfer of inorganic membranes should also be addressed, in order to promote the widely application in industry.
