摘  要:从各向同性钢的生产实际出发,研究了同一平整延伸率下不同平整张力和平整轧制力的匹配对各向同性钢屈服延伸的影响。在同一平整延伸率下,平整张力变化对平整轧制力的影响很大,平整轧制力比平整张力更利于消除带钢的屈服延伸,所以生产各向同性钢必须采用大轧制力小张力的平整延伸率控制模式以防止冲压后出现拉伸应变痕,而且平整张力越小,轧制力越大,各向同性钢的抗时效性越强,这是因为平整轧制力比平整张力能产生更多的可移动位错。The effect of temper-rolling tension on the yield point elongation of isotropic steel was discussed under the same temper-rolling elongation which consists of different temper-rolling tension and temper-rolling force from the production performance. Temper-rolling force was influenced greatly by temper-rolling tension under the same elongation and it was considered to be more effective to the elimination of yield point elongation than the temper-rolling tension, so isotropic steel should be produced by using a large rolling force and a small tension mode to prevent slipline after stamping. And the smaller the temper-rolling tension and the larger the temper-rolling force, the better the capability of anti-aging of isotropy steel because more movable dislocation was produced by temper-rolling force than temper-rolling tension.
