病毒必克不同使用方法对烟草病毒病防效的影响

摘　　要：2006—2008年,在安顺市进行了在烟苗剪叶前(24 h)和剪叶后施用病毒必克对烟草病毒病防效的试验,并进行了大田跟踪调查,结果表明,采用先施用病毒必克(24 h)后再剪叶的烟株,其病毒病发生危害较先剪叶后施用病毒必克的烟株在成苗期平均病指下降6.83,发病率下降8.01个百分点,均达到显著水平;在大田成熟期病情指数平均下降8.32,达显著水平,发病率平均下降5.02个百分点,未达显著水平。说明先施用病毒必克药剂后再剪叶的方法效果较好,病毒病发生呈下降趋势,值得在烟叶生产中推广运用。The test which spraying virusside before clipping tobacco leaves（24 h）and after clipping tobacco leaves was done from 2006 to 2008 in Anshun City,and investigations trace into the field were carried on.The results showed that tobacco virus disease of spraying virusside before clipping tobacco leaves（24 h）was lower than spraying virusside after clipping tobacco leaves,average disease index brought down 6.83,average morbiditaet brought down 8.01 percentage points in tobacco seeding,reached significance level respectively,and average diseaseindex brought down 8.32,reached significance level,average morbiditaet brought down 5.02 percentage points,which was shot of significance level in mature stage.It was showed that the method which sprayed virusside before clipping tobacco leaves（24 h）was better than spraying after clipping tobacco leaves,virus disease rate was downside,it was worthy of applying and extending in tobacco plant.
